Calling Technical Support can be frustrating. Sometimes we have to go through a series of automated questions just to get in queue for a long wait. Then, when we finally do get to speak to someone, they may not be able to help us anyway. But it’s worth looking at the experience through their eyes. They face a wide range of challenges and need to have a huge amount of patience.
